As voted at last year's annual meeting, NHPOA has retained Hanson-Bridgett to investigate the legal definition and ongoing status of our private roads. Dana Dean of that firm will be attending the 2025 NHPOA Annual Meeting on September 22nd to discuss some of her findings.  (Annual meeting agenda is here).

Dana will obviously take questions in person at the meeting but to ensure that no one's concerns get overlooked, we are providing the opportunity to submit questions in advance which will be promptly forwarded to her attention. So if you have a query related to the maintenance, usage or dues structure of our roads, please submit it here (in advance of the meeting on Sept. 22nd) and Dana will do her best to provide an answer at the meeting.
