Road Work Update
NHPOA Neighbors,
This is an update on COMPLETED and UPCOMING work per the NHPOA Road Management Plan agreed upon by vote.
COMPLETED:
The main culvert on lower Ridge was completely rebuilt after the previous design proved insufficient after last winter's rains (see photos below).
Thanks go out to our neighbors near the upper culvert, Zach & Lindsey Weinstein, and the lower culvert, Matt Downs & Caitlin Kinsel, David Hermanson, Laurie Rodriggs, and Hector Herrera for keeping these culverts clear!

SPUR CULVERT AFTER RAINS (FEB. 2025)

UPCOMING:
Markings on Ridge Rd near Canyon are solely for safety, allowing USA to check and mark for underground pipes. The road will not be disturbed. The plan is to widen the west shoulder of the road by filling the drainage ditches with pipe and rock. The surface will be gravel, allowing vehicles to pull over for larger trucks and especially emergency vehicles, as is done at other points along the road. The road is as narrow as 15’ and, according to road engineers, should be at least 21’. This widening will be approximately 3-4’ and is not for parking!
